Natalie Dargham is a dynamic marketing and communications professional with over a decade of experience shaping brands in New York City’s fast-paced, competitive landscape.

As Director of Marketing at Urban Atelier Group, a boutique construction management firm, Natalie led a transformative rebrand in partnership with The Seventh Art — earning recognition from ENR, Crain’s New York, and MARCOM. Before UAG, she brought her marketing expertise to CetraRuddy Architecture, with her work featured in Interior Design Magazine and the American Institute of Architects. Her strengths lie in visual storytelling and developing impactful brand strategies that drive meaningful engagement and lasting results.

In 2023, Natalie was honored as Marketer of the Year by the Society of Marketing Professional Services New York.

Outside of work, Natalie finds inspiration in fine arts, travel, and cooking — passions that fuel her creativity. She even showcased her culinary skills on Food Network’s Outchef’d, bringing bold flavors and fearless energy to the screen.
